Our story





We're a bunch of Senior Leaders who woke up one day and realised they wanted to help women.  Why?  Women in leadership is still a new phenomenon.  We're still under paid, we're still over looked, we much less likely to be promoted, we still juggle the majority of tasks.  

It's easy to blame men in the making of this.  But where is our accountability and ownership?

We wanted to help women cut through the male dogma without losing their femininity.  True authentic leadership comes from the balance of both the masculine and the feminine.  Women often feel they have to play more into their masculine energy in order to succeed.  This can leave them exhausted burnt out and disillusioned as they aren't harnessing their true power.  

We're a group of women that wanted to share our knowledge and bring together 1 billion women in creating this change.
